島山 清史

Kiyofumi Shimayama is a Japanese politician currently serving his fourth term as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the Suma Ward of Kobe. Born in 1971, he previously worked as a municipal employee in Ashiya, where he also served as the chairman of the Ashiya City Employees' Labor Union. A member of the Komeito party, Shimayama has held various leadership roles within the assembly, including chair of the Police Standing Committee. He is also active in community organizations, serving as an advisor to the Hyogo Futsal Federation and various non-profit entities.
