Klaus-Rainer Rupp

Klaus-Rainer Rupp is a German politician and a long-standing member of the Bremische Bürgerschaft, having served in the state parliament since 2007. A trained chemical worker and process engineer, he has worked as an independent engineer for control technology since 1984. Within his party, Die Linke, he previously served as state chairman and spokesperson. In the Bürgerschaft, he holds leadership roles in the controlling and auditing committees and is known for his vocal criticism of the debt brake, advocating for increased public investment in climate protection and social support measures.
