郡山玲

Ryo Koriyama is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Councillors, having been elected in the 2025 general election representing the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan. Born in Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto Prefecture, he spent many years working at Musashi Seimitsu Industry, where he served as a labor union leader for eight years. Prior to his election, he worked for the Japanese Association of Metal, Machinery, and Manufacturing Workers (JAM). His political career is supported by labor unions, including JAM and the Confederation of Japan Automobile Workers' Unions.
