Kotaro Tatsumi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Kinki proportional representation block. Before his election to the lower house, he served one term as a member of the House of Councillors from 2013 to 2019. Born in Osaka, he studied at Emerson College in the United States and worked as a film critic and radio personality before entering politics.
