木原誠二

Seiji Kihara is a Japanese politician and former Ministry of Finance bureaucrat currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. A graduate of the University of Tokyo, he previously worked at the Ministry of Finance and studied at the London School of Economics. Throughout his political career, he has held significant roles including Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister.
