Kristin Heiß is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt, representing The Left party. She previously served in the state parliament from 2016 to 2021 and returned to the legislature in 2023. Before her parliamentary career, she worked in the press office of the Saxony-Anhalt Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and served as a personal advisor to the Minister of Social Affairs. Heiß studied political science and sociology at the University of Magdeburg and has been active in various trade unions and social organizations.
