Kuo Kuo-wen is a Taiwanese politician and political scientist who has served as a member of the Legislative Yuan since 2019. Before entering national politics, he was active in the labor movement, serving as secretary-general for both the Taiwan Labor Front and the Taiwan Confederation of Trade Unions. He previously held the position of deputy minister of labor from 2016 to 2017 and served as a member of the Tainan City Council. Kuo holds a Ph.D. in political science from National Cheng Kung University and is known for his focus on labor rights and local governance.
