Kyra Hoffner

Kyra Hoffner is an American politician serving as a member of the Delaware Senate, representing the 14th district since 2022. A Long Island native who moved to Delaware in 2001, she transitioned into politics following a career in the mortgage industry and extensive advocacy work with the League of Women Voters. In the Senate, she chairs the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee and the Corrections and Public Safety Committee. Her legislative focus includes modernizing the state's corrections system and advocating for financial compensation for individuals affected by wrongful convictions.
