L. A. Ravi Subramanya

L. A. Ravi Subramanya is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, representing the Basavanagudi constituency. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has been a prominent figure in local politics within the Bangalore district. In 2021, he faced public scrutiny alongside his nephew, Tejasvi Surya, regarding their involvement in a controversy surrounding the BBMP hospital bed allocation system during the COVID-19 pandemic, for which he later issued a public apology.
