Lâm Văn Mẫn is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and Chairman of the Council for Ethnic Affairs. A member of the Khmer ethnic group, he has held significant leadership roles in Soc Trang Province, including Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. He is a member of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and has been recognized with the Labor Order for his contributions to public service.
