Lütfi Bayraktar is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the Sakarya province for the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). Born in Karasu, Sakarya, he pursued studies in tourism management at Uludağ University and later earned a law degree from Selçuk University. Before his election to parliament in 2023, Bayraktar worked as a lawyer and served as the founding district head of the AK Party in Kocaali. He also held a significant leadership role as the Chairman of the Board of FİSKOBİRLİK starting in 2007 and completed a master's degree in business administration at Sakarya University.
