Laetitia Saint-Paul is a French politician and former military officer who has served as a member of the French National Assembly for the 4th constituency of Maine-et-Loire since 2017. A graduate of the École spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr, she made history as the first active-duty military officer to be elected to the National Assembly since 1918. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has held significant roles, including Vice-President of the National Assembly and active participation in the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Her legislative work has focused on defense, international relations, and territorial development, including the promotion of legislation to support local economic initiatives. In 2024, she transitioned from the Renaissance party to join the Horizons party.
