Larry Grooms

Larry Grooms is an American politician serving as a member of the South Carolina Senate, representing the 37th District since 1997. A staunch conservative, he has chaired the Senate Transportation Committee since 2007 and is a prominent advocate for pro-life legislation, including the sponsorship of the state's heartbeat bill.
