Laurent Alexandre

Laurent Alexandre is a French politician serving as a member of the National Assembly for the 2nd constituency of Aveyron since 2022. Before entering national politics, he worked as a skilled industrial worker in the aerospace sector and was an active member of the CGT trade union. He served as the mayor of Aubin from 2020 to 2022. Throughout his political career, he has focused on social issues, including opposing the closure of local healthcare facilities and industrial sites in his region. He was re-elected to the National Assembly in 2024 and continues to serve as a municipal councillor in Aubin.
