Leandro Santoro is an Argentine political scientist, professor, and politician currently serving as a member of the Buenos Aires City Legislature. Born in the Boedo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, he began his political career in the Radical Civic Union (UCR) as a youth leader inspired by Raúl Alfonsín. Since 2015, he has aligned with the National Alfonsinist Movement and later joined the centre-left coalition Union for the Homeland. In addition to his current legislative role, Santoro previously served as a National Deputy from 2021 to 2025 and held a seat in the Buenos Aires City Legislature from 2017 to 2021.
