Lee Min-geun is a South Korean politician currently serving as the 15th and 16th Mayor of Ansan. A member of the People Power Party, he previously served as a three-term member of the Ansan City Council, including a tenure as its chairman. Born in 1969, he began his career in the private sector before entering local politics in 2006. He is noted for being the first Ansan-born individual to be elected mayor and the first mayor in the city's history to successfully win consecutive re-election.
