Leigh-Ann Mathys

Leigh-Ann Mathys is a South African politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa. A prominent member of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), she currently holds the position of deputy secretary general within the party. Mathys previously served as the party's treasurer-general until December 2019. She was first elected to the Parliament of South Africa during the 2014 general election, representing the North West province, and has remained an active figure in national legislative politics.
