Jorge Quiroga Ramírez is a Bolivian politician and former President of Bolivia who is currently leading the conservative-liberal political coalition Libre - Libertad y Democracia. Known as 'Tuto' Quiroga, he has been a prominent figure in Bolivian opposition politics, notably serving as the international delegate for human rights during the government of Jeanine Áñez. For the 2025 general elections, he formed the Libre alliance, advocating for economic stabilization, privatization, and constitutional reform.
