Linda Lapointe is a Canadian politician and businesswoman currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the riding of Rivière-des-Mille-Îles. First elected to the federal legislature in 2015 and re-elected in 2025, she previously served as a member of the National Assembly of Quebec for the district of Groulx from 2007 to 2008. Throughout her career, Lapointe has held various leadership roles, including vice-chair of the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics and president of the Liberal Women’s caucus. Before entering politics, she managed and owned a grocery store and was active in the Quebec food retail industry.
