Lindsay Northover, Baroness Northover

Lindsay Northover, Baroness Northover is a British academic and Liberal Democrat politician who has served as a life peer in the House of Lords since 2000. Educated at Oxford and the University of Pennsylvania, she previously held a distinguished academic career in the history of medicine at University College London. Throughout her political career, she has served as a government whip and held various frontbench spokesperson roles, including Under Secretary of State in the Department for International Development. She has been actively involved in numerous parliamentary committees and groups focusing on health, international development, and foreign affairs.
