Lindsey Burke

Lindsey Burke is an American politician and attorney serving as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since 2023, representing the 75th district. A member of the Democratic Party, she currently serves as the House Minority Caucus Chair and previously held the position of minority whip. Before entering politics, Burke founded Micah Legal, a nonprofit civil law firm in Lexington, Kentucky. She holds a Bachelor of Science in social work from Florida State University, a Master of Arts in social service administration from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati.
