Lisa Kitagawa

Lisa Kitagawa is an American politician serving as a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives for the 48th district. A fourth-generation Japanese American raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii, she previously worked as a faculty and student services specialist at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and served in the office of State Representative Aaron Ling Johanson. Kitagawa was first elected to the state legislature in 2018, succeeding Jarrett Keohokalole. She holds a Bachelor of Science in family resources and a Master of Education from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
