Lisa McClain

Lisa McClain is an American politician serving as a U.S. Representative for Michigan's 9th congressional district since 2023, having previously represented the 10th district from 2021 to 2023. A member of the Republican Party, she holds a leadership position as chair of the House Republican Conference. Before entering politics, she spent over two decades in the private sector, including an 11-year tenure at American Express and a long career at the Hantz Group. Throughout her congressional tenure, McClain has served on several key committees, including the House Armed Services Committee and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, where she has focused on issues such as veteran advocacy, government spending, and regulatory oversight.
