Lorenz Hess is a Swiss politician currently serving as a member of the National Council of Switzerland. Born in Bern in 1961, he has held a long-standing career in public service, including serving as the mayor of Stettlen from 2001 to 2023 and as a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Bern. Before his full-time political career, he worked in communications and public relations, notably for the Federal Office of Public Health and as a partner in a PR firm.
