Dominik Blunschy

Dominik Blunschy is a Swiss politician and software engineer serving as a member of the National Council of Switzerland since December 2023. Born in 1987 in Schwyz, he comes from a prominent political family; his grandmother, Elisabeth Blunschy, was the first female president of the National Council. Before his federal election, he served on the Cantonal Council of Schwyz from 2016 to 2023, including a term as its president. Professionally, he works as a lead engineer at the digital solutions agency ti&m in Zurich, having earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Information Technology from ETH Zurich.
