Lotta Finstorp

Lotta Finstorp is a Swedish politician and social worker who has served as the County Governor of Norrbotten County since February 2021, becoming the first woman to hold the position. Before her appointment, she was a long-serving member of the Swedish Riksdag representing Södermanland County from 2010 to 2021, where she held roles in the Committee on Cultural Affairs and the Committee on Social Insurance. Earlier in her career, she held local government positions in Flen Municipality and served as chair of the Södermanland County Council executive board. Finstorp holds a degree in social work from Örebro University.
