Louis de Grange

Louis de Grange Concha is a Chilean industrial engineer, transportation specialist, and government official. He currently serves as the Minister of Public Works, having previously assumed the role of Minister of Transport and Telecommunications in March 2026 under the administration of President José Antonio Kast. Before entering national government, he was a prominent academic at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and served as the chairman of the board for Metro S.A. from 2018 to 2022, where he managed the network during the 2019–2020 Chilean protests.
