Louis Vlavonou is a Beninese politician and former customs colonel born in 1953 in Ko-Koumolou, Ifangni. He has served as a member of the National Assembly of Benin since 2003, notably holding the office of President of the National Assembly for two consecutive terms during the 8th and 9th legislatures from 2019 to 2026. In July 2026, he resigned from his parliamentary mandate following his appointment as a member of the inaugural Senate of Benin.
