Luba Grigorovitch is an Australian politician serving as the Member for Kororoit in the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2022. A member of the Labor Party's Industrial Left faction, she previously held significant leadership roles in the trade union movement, notably serving as the state secretary and later national president of the Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTBU). Before entering state parliament, she was a councillor and Deputy Mayor for the City of Hobsons Bay. In 2024, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Outdoor Recreation.
