Luca Burgstaller is an Austrian politician and a member of the Carinthia Landtag. Born in 1995, he grew up in Hermagor and became active in the Socialist Youth Generation (SJG) at a young age, eventually serving as its regional chair for nine years until 2025. He has been a member of the Carinthia Landtag since 2018 and assumed the role of SPÖ parliamentary group leader (Klubobmann) in 2026. In addition to his legislative duties, he has held various local party leadership roles in Hermagor and is involved in regional emergency services with the Red Cross.
