Ma. Lucille Ledesma Nava is a Filipino politician and physician currently serving as the Governor of Guimaras since 2025. Previously, she served three terms as a member of the House of Representatives from 2016 to 2025, representing the lone district of Guimaras. A medical professional by training, Nava has focused her political career on public health initiatives, notably leading the Tuberculosis-Free Guimaras Island Initiative to eradicate the disease in the province. She is a member of the National Unity Party.
