Luis Carlos Alvarez Morales

Luis Carlos Álvarez Morales is a Colombian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Representatives for the Vichada Department for the 2026–2030 term. He previously served as the Governor of Vichada from 2016 to 2019 and has also held the position of deputy in the Departmental Assembly of Vichada. Throughout his career, he has focused on regional development and public service within the Orinoquía region, advocating for the needs of his constituents in Puerto Carreño and the surrounding areas.
