Luis Enrique Martínez Ventura is a Mexican politician and architect currently serving as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies. An alumnus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), he previously served two terms as the municipal president of Valle de Chalco Solidaridad. Throughout his career, he has been a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) before joining the Labor Party (PT). He has also served as a local deputy in the Congress of the State of Mexico.
