Luke Gosling is an Australian politician and former Australian Army officer who has served as the Member of the House of Representatives for the seat of Solomon since 2016. Following his re-election in 2025, he was appointed as the Special Envoy for Defence, Veterans' Affairs and Northern Australia. Before entering federal politics, Gosling had a distinguished 13-year career in the Australian Defence Force and worked extensively with non-governmental organizations in Timor-Leste, for which he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2006.
