Lumir Abdixhiku

Lumir Abdixhiku is a Kosovar Albanian politician currently serving as a Member of the Assembly of Kosovo and as the President of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK). An economist by training, he previously served as the Minister of Infrastructure and Environment in 2019 and chaired the Assembly's Budget and Finance Committee. Before entering politics, he was the executive director of the Riinvest Institute and a prominent columnist known for his critiques of corruption and governance. He has led the LDK since 2021, navigating the party through several electoral cycles and internal votes of confidence.
