Lutfor Rahman Khan Matin is a Bangladeshi politician and a Member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Tangail-4 constituency. Affiliated with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, he won the seat in the February 2026 general election by defeating independent candidate Abdul Latif Siddique. Born in Tangail in 1952, he graduated from Jaguntor University and has also contributed to local education by founding the Lutfor Rahman Matin Women's College in Kalihati.
