Калтаева, Ляззат Молдабековна

Lyazzat Kaltaeva is a Kazakh public figure and former member of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan who served from 2022 to 2024. Active in disability rights advocacy, she has chaired the Association of Women with Disabilities "Shyrak" and the Central Asian Disability Forum, and was elected to the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Her career includes extensive public service, membership in the Bureau of the Political Council of the Amanat party, and leadership roles in inclusion councils and advisory boards.
