Lydia Peeters

Lydia Peeters is a Belgian politician and a member of the Flemish Parliament. Born in Maaseik, she began her political career at the local level and has served as the mayor of Dilsen-Stokkem since 2001. She was first elected to the Flemish Parliament in 2009 and has held several ministerial positions, including Minister of Mobility and Public Works in the Jambon Government from 2019 to 2024.
