Mélanie Vogel is a French politician serving as a Senator representing French citizens living abroad since 2021. A graduate of Sciences Po Toulouse and the College of Europe, she previously worked as a project coordinator for the Maison de l'Europe and as a political advisor for the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament. Since 2022, she has served as co-chair of the European Green Party. Vogel is a prominent advocate for feminist, environmental, and LGBT+ rights, notably playing a key role in the constitutionalization of the right to abortion in France.
