M. M. Thahir is a Sri Lankan politician who currently serves as a Member of Parliament for the Ampara Electoral District, having been elected in the 2024 parliamentary election. A businessman by profession, he previously served as the chairman of the Ninthavur Pradeshiya Sabha and was a long-standing member of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) high command committee. He continues to represent his constituents in the 10th Parliament of Sri Lanka.
