Małgorzata Niemczyk is a Polish politician and former professional volleyball player who currently serves as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. A decorated athlete, she was a member of the Polish national team and a gold medalist at the 2003 European Women's Volleyball Championship. Following her retirement from sports, she transitioned into politics, representing the Civic Platform and later the Civic Coalition. She has served as a member of the Sejm since 2011, having been re-elected in multiple consecutive terms.
