Mabel Chinomona is a Zimbabwean politician currently serving as the President of the Senate of Zimbabwe. A long-time member of the ZANU–PF party, she previously served as the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly from 2013 to 2018 and represented the Mutoko North constituency. Her extensive political career includes roles as the secretary of the ZANU–PF Women's League and service as a Deputy Minister of Home Affairs. She has been a prominent figure in Zimbabwean politics since the post-independence era, having participated in the liberation movement during the 1970s.
