岩渕 誠

Makoto Iwabuchi is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Iwate Prefectural Assembly. Born in Ichinoseki in 1970, he graduated from Meiji University and worked as a journalist for IBC Iwate Broadcasting for over a decade, covering political and economic affairs. He was first elected to the prefectural assembly in 2007 and currently serves as the Chair of the General Affairs Committee. His policy focus includes industrial promotion, disaster prevention, and regional recovery efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake.
