Malcolm Ruff

Malcolm Ruff is an American politician and attorney serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 41 since 2023. A graduate of Duke University and the University of Baltimore School of Law, he previously worked as an assistant state's attorney and a partner at the law firm Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, where he represented victims of police brutality and wrongful death. In the legislature, Ruff has focused on criminal justice reform, environmental policy, and housing initiatives. He was elected to the Maryland Senate in June 2026.
