Małgorzata Hołub-Kowalik is a Polish athlete, sports official, and local government politician serving as a Member of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Regional Assembly. She is an Olympic champion from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay and a silver medalist in the women's 4 × 400 metres relay, alongside numerous medals at world and European championships. Transitioning into public service and sports administration, she was elected to the regional assembly in 2024 representing the Civic Coalition and serves as vice-president of the Polish Athletic Association.
