外山 衛

Mamoru Toyama is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Miyazaki Prefectural Assembly. In April 2025, he was elected to the position of Chair of the Miyazaki Prefectural Assembly. He is an active participant in regional governance, having been involved in the establishment of special committees focused on Nankai Trough earthquake countermeasures and the recruitment and employment of foreign human resources to support the development of the prefecture's industry and economy.
