小林正人

Masato Kobayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Mie Prefectural Assembly, representing the Suzuka City constituency. Before entering politics, he had a notable career as a professional baseball player, primarily as a left-handed relief pitcher for the Chunichi Dragons from 2003 to 2014. Known during his playing days as a specialist against left-handed batters, he later transitioned into roles as a team public relations officer and a coach for the organization.
