Manoj Sinha is an Indian politician currently serving as the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he previously served as the Minister of State for Communications (Independent Charge) and Minister of State for Railways in the Government of India. Sinha was elected to the Lok Sabha for three terms representing the Ghazipur constituency. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi, he is recognized for his administrative experience and his focus on rural development and infrastructure.
