Manuel Brown is an Australian politician who has served as the Labor member for the electorate of Arafura in the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly since his election in 2023. Of Tiwi descent, he succeeded Lawrence Costa in representing the seat. Prior to his political career, he was involved in a 2009 vehicle collision in Katherine, for which he was convicted of driving without due care. He remains an active representative for his constituency within the Northern Territory government.
