María José Pardo

María José Pardo Pumar is a Spanish politician and lawyer serving as a member of the Senate of Spain representing the province of Pontevedra. Born in Santiago de Compostela, she holds a law degree from the CEU San Pablo University and previously worked as a professor in the Department of Civil Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Before her election to the Senate in 2023, she served as a city councilor in Pontevedra and as a provincial deputy. She is a member of the People's Party of Galicia.
